finally!! my weight is starting to move!! It took a while for my body to kick-start but now I'm on my way. My goal this week is to get into the 86 kilo range!!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
