At the moment I'm following WorkoutBOX.com which is like having a personal trainer on your computer. You get detailed workouts and nutrition information that fits with your lifestyle. You can make it work for you and I really like it. But I'm getting surgery soon and moving so I won't be able to continue it but I'll keep on going on my own workouts and diet wise.
