yesterday was a sucky day for me and i was feeling like poo but today i am doing much better i work my butt off this morning on my work out video and i am super tired..today i just want to drink plenty of water and really focus on my goals and seeing my body at 150...wish me luck and just keep praying for me
199.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week
