Keep doing the yo yo thing.That's why I came back here, saw and joined the 2 challenges. They're both what I need to give myself a kick in the a**. :)
I look forward to getting to know people who are in the challenges and doing this with them.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
