Thanx to MellyP, I changed my activities, from very active which has a RDI of 3200, to low active that had a RDI of 2800, but I would only consume no more than 2200 and hit the gym and karate class burning a minimum of 300 calories. If I stay on this path I can definitely hit my goal by New Years!
238.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
