What I am finding is that the weight it not going down, but my clothes feel loser and I feel leaner - my trainer at gym says I look leaner. We have been doing quite heavy weight training, so he thinks that that might be playing a factor!
159.6 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Hi Kylie As we all say, weight is just a number, but dont let we fool ourselves, unfortunately we look at that number on the scale, but the fact that you are exercising (as you know mucles is heavier than fat), makes a huge difference. If you trainer can see you are looking leaner, then you better believe him/her. Do not listen to that voice in you head, she is just confusing you, listen to people who actually see you. Believe in yourself, take the time to get use to this new way of life, it can not be changed in 2 months, but needs years and all you can focus on is one day at a time!!!!!!! Good luck when saying goodbay to you work collegues, but just know that it is for the best. You are doing it for Kylie because you deserve it. Love Elrien
