UGH Ive gained a few more pounts! UNACCEPTABLE! I blame it on this cold weather, it makes me want to hibernate. However, the real reason is to not working out and not following my diet. So now Im back up to losing 8.5 pounds to reach my goal! Im cutting dowbn on carbs, cutting out cheese completely, eating more fruits and veggies, and of course drinking lots and lots of water! For the first week my goal is to log on to here once a day. Its a must to keep motivated!
