going back on induction. I let myself go by pigging out on backed goods after the half marathon, and my mood, sleep, energy and skin all have suffered for it. I am going cold turkey and will be severely restricting my carbohydrate intake for the next two weeks, so that ketosis can set in and weight loss can resume. I have two months to reach my wedding weight.
