path of stable weight at around 222 to 220...increase in protein caused gain to 226...change to reduced dairy based protein has weight dropping...keeping daily ontake at 2000 calories
221.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
