Darn, I gained 1 pound somehow! I feel thinner, especially in my stomach, waist area, but I will keep pushing forward and see where this takes me! Getting ready to go for a walk, gonna try to alternate some jogging and walking now!!!!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love it when I feel thinner. I usually try to stay away from the scale when I feel that way, lol. Have a great walk/run. I think alternating is the best way to get a really good workout in

Hey you, great to hear you are getting your walk on! it is getting to cold up here to run outside and so i shall live vicariously through you! I guess i should just bundle up because it certainly beats the dreadmill..have a great weekend, and happy halloween! Lets both think of each other when we reach for a halloween treat and be mindful so we have no regrets monday morning!

Yeah, just stepped on the scale this morning, hasn't budged damnit! I even put in some extra walking time. But, maybe this my que, where I would normally start falling off on my diet and exercise, I need to remember this is my Hawtsauce lightbulb moment!!! I shall try to do some different exercises this next week///maybe my body is already saying, "yawn, this is boring", I need to spice things up now!!!
