1188 kcal Fat: 49.58g | Prot: 65.19g | Carb: 131.27g.   Breakfast: Tim Hortons Coffee with 2 Milk & 1 Sugar (Medium),  Hard-Boiled Egg . Lunch:  Jalapeno Peppers , Unico Kalamata Olives, Renee's Gourmet Spring Herb Italian Vinaigrette,  Red Onions,  Grape Tomatoes,  Spinach , Saputo Feta Cheese,  Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges, Light Syrup Pack, Canned) ,  Cooked Dry Chickpeas (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Avocados, White Bread, Kirkland Signature Chunk Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Apples . more...
