Well, I don't really have any weight loss to report right now (I am back up to 201.6 as of this morning), even though I pushed myself really hard and I sorta watched what I ate. I know I've been slipping up a bit with what I'm eating, but I think I'm also battling a cold that my roommate has. I don't actually feel like I have a cold, but I feel sluggish and just generally unwell. I also haven't done measurements since Monday, though I feel like I haven't lost anything there either.
But at the same time, I know I'm improving and making myself better, so if I don't show weight and inches progress every week, I'm still going to try. I may feel tired and out of synch, but I'm going to do my best and forget the rest. I'm also going to try to increase my zinc and vitamin C to help kick this cold in the butt! I'm sure later in the day, I'll be feeling more pumped, so I just have to find a way out of this slump!
