geez am I the only one who can't shed Quarantine weight? this sucks.
149.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1590 kcal Fat: 65.06g | Prot: 48.98g | Carb: 205.56g.   Breakfast:  Sugar,  Whole Milk, Clover Valley Mac & Cheese. Lunch: Chick-fil-A Honey Mustard Sauce, Tyson Foods Chicken Nuggets (4 Pieces). Dinner:  Chocolate Chip Cookie, Kroger 3 Minute Microwave Cheese Pizza. Snacks/Other: Mission Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips, Guacamole, Orange Juice, Blue Bell Cookie Two Step. more...
