Does anyone have recommendations for a protein powder supplement that is low carb, low sugar, easily obtainable (think Walmart). I am struggling to get in enough daily protein through diet alone - which I know is vital in keeping muscle through weight loss. I know I can just eat more meat, but I have to limit the calories to keep losing weight.

My top two protein powders right now are Kachava and Genius Vegan. (Kachava is my favorite because of its extensive list of greens, antioxidants, and other amazing ingredients). Also if you can tolerate dairy, Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are excellent sources of lean protein.
