Finally back within the 10st bracket.. feels like it’s been a lifetime since I’ve been here! 🥳
153.7 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah I’ve been so good with my foods! Kept to my calorie deficit nearly every day (and workout 5/6 day’s a week) but also allowed myself a cheat meal one night every 3-4 weeks or so. Told myself once I hit 65.9kg then I will treat myself to a big dessert (waffle with chocolate sauce, cream, strawberries.. the lot!!) haha 👍🏻😊 need to live a bit on a diet!

I agree you need a bit of diet relief,but I prefer a glass of wine or cheeky Gin & Tonic as my treat 😊
