ok time to get back on track, for real! Today was a pretty good day - I had an egg sandwich for breakfast (1 egg, egg white, on a whole grain sandwich thin pita type thing), lunch was whole wheat pasta w/some veg mixed in and some cherry tomatoes, yogurt, apple, dinner was a bag of shirataki noodles, evoo, shrimp, veg. it's about 11 and i'm hungry so I might have some milk while i wait for my laundry. I made it too the gym tonight, woo! Was a lil late for the class so just warmed up my muscles on the machines first, then jogged. Going to bed as soon as my laundry is done! Need to take my car in in the am to get the axle fixed.
p.s. my roomie Melissa made mochi tonight in the oven - it was good w/a lil soy sauce - not to self to get some later cuz it's healthy too
