Coming down weight wise gradually again.

Keeping the food simple but consistent has better results over all but that’s my take.

Colours help and making it flavourful helps too.
141.3 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
