Well, as soon as I commit to something I seem to find a way to jinx myself and do nothing. I need to be more realistic in my goals and plan things.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I used to be someone who could only do well it seemed when everything was going smoothly in my life. Losing weight is hard. However I think that if you just take it one day at a time and don't give up you will get there. Some weeks you will be well prepared and ready to tackle anything, others not so much. As another member tells me all the time on here, you may not win every battle, but you can win the war. Keep It Up!!!
