114.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cutting out gluten made a big difference, and then I followed suit with a food sensitivity test and elimination diet. I highly recommend a gluten-free diet.
