Yes, looks like i'm on the right track again. I'm finding it really difficult to get back into it still, it doesn't feel as easy as it did before. As long as I can keep losing weight that's all that matters I suppose! I'm going to be away from home for work for a few days so I'm expecting to lose weight this week, I just hope I get enough breaks to eat or I'll go crazy. Really nervous about this week!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
