1214 kcal Fat: 37.02g | Prot: 93.03g | Carb: 134.28g.   Breakfast: Total 0% Greek Yoghurt,  Peaches , Sainsbury's Whole Milk,  Espresso Coffee. Lunch:  Chicken Breast Meat (Fried, Cooked) , Eridanous Vine Leaves Stuffed with Rice,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: Tesco Unsmoked Thick Cut Back Bacon,  Brown Rice (Medium-Grain) ,  Baby Zucchini , Sainsbury's Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Apricots , Asda Red Seedless Grapes,  Peaches , The Deli Houmous,  Celery , Baby Carrots. more...
