Well I am down a little today. Yeah.

What I did good yesterday:

1. Went to the gym
2. Had 4 servings of fruits and veggies, all my liquids, lean protients, one healthy oil and my multi-vitamin.
3. Accomplished much around my house, but also took some down time to read a book and take some Jenny time.
4. Counted all my points.
5. Measured most of my stuff.

What I need to improve on:

1. Need to stay within my points.
2. Not worrying about everything.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
