Starting Day 6 of low-carb diet. I didn't expect to see any weight loss yet, so I'm not disappointed. Based on previous experience with this diet, it takes at least four or five weeks to start noticing a difference. Looking forward to a nice quiet day, catching up on work, eating low-carb food, and then walking the fur balls.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
