Doing the green tea and trying for some weights 5 days a week--3 days interval training--add seltzer to white wine for spritzer--all are helping.
132.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
