Juiced all day yesterday; ate 2 crackers and 1 flatbread; and for dinner Shelli made split-pea soup (almost 3 bowls each) and a large salad. We just took another walk in the Heath and stopped in the park at the cafe to have coffee, fresh orange juice, and a banana. Back to my school work.
