time to get back on track...
150.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1700 kcal Fat: 79.57g | Prot: 59.74g | Carb: 187.22g.   Breakfast:  Bananas ,  Sugar,  Whole Milk,  Tea with Milk and Sugar, Longhorn Steakhouse Sauteed Mushrooms & Onions. Lunch:  White Rice, Trader Joe's Chicken Tikka Masala with Basmati Rice. Dinner:  Mustard, Heinz Tomato Ketchup,  Cooked Sauerkraut,  Pickles,  Cheddar Cheese , Hebrew National Bun Length Beef Franks. Snacks/Other:  Tea with Milk and Sugar,  Cinnamon ,  Butter ,  Brown Sugar ,  White Bread. more...
