I fell off the wellness wagon on Mother’s Day and have not been eating healthy. Surprised I didn’t gain any new weight. I’m back at it with determination to break this plateau I’m on with my weigh in number. Open to suggestions.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
