No big changes. No eating after 8 and no more chocolates/snacks at night.
192.9 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week

those small changes make such a big difference. I did the same right in the beginning... I used to brush my teeth shortly after dinner to "close the shop" 😉 got me to break my own habits of scratching in the cupboards late at night
