wish me luck. starting over today after lock down

199.5 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb. Still to go: 56.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.7 lb a week

Thanks. The lock down caused a lot of the weight. With the baking and trying new recipes. The routine really went out the window

I think there are quite a few people that need to do damage control after lockdown 😂 My biggest mistake was thinking I could eat like my 6 and 7 year old... constantly. Any start is a good start, even if it is a restart.
