Back from Japan and I'm engaged! I was at 75 kg just before i left, and now I have gone back to 76.5kg. However it looks like I never recorded it, so i guess i'm no worse off eh! :p i was worried that i put on more weight in Japan, because i felt heavier, but luckily it's only a small amount. I'm finding it really difficult to get back into calorie counting. I don't feel like i have the same attitude or resolve that i did before. I guess i have to take baby steps, first just record everything and then try to reduce my intake. Must get back into exercise too. Now that I'm engaged I have another reason to lose weight (not that i need one), the wedding! Of course I want to look amazing at my own wedding :)
168.7 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
