Been sick with sinus infection. Appetite greatly diminished. Easy to lose weight. Not worth the price. Greatly impaired hearing, especially in groups. Eating so little that I worry about losing muscle.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
