2. Workouts (no weights)
-Abs (15 minutes)🧘🏻‍♀️
-Arms (15 minutes)🤸🏻‍♀️
-Thigh (15 minutes)🏃🏻‍♀️
-Dance (1-2 hrs)💃🏻
117.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
