I started my Skinny Fiber on May 23rd, just waiting to see how this works. I weighed that morning and was 168.2 pounds. I am considerably less hungry, but I seem to eat when I am anxious. That is definately something to work on.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
