Friday is fianlly here, I love the weekends but they can be really tough with the diet. I always enjoy a friday night cocktail. I may have to pick up some bacardi and diet coke and have one anyway. I'll be fine as long as I stay away from the carbs. We have plans to take the dog out tomorrow and then to watch the UFC fight at night. I believe I am going to make a SB friendly meal for the fight, this way i'm not tempted to eat the pizza and whatever other junk is there....well good luck everyone! we can do this
