Did walking for 30 mins a night seemed to help both with weight loss and filling a portion of the evening when I would normally have been snacking.
Increase water intake to about 10 cups per day instead of 6
345.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
