What I can say about Buckwheat and kefir diet.
Pros:
Drastically weight loss
Cleanses the stomach
Stimulates intestinal problems
Doesn’t allow you to stay hungry due to you can consume buckwheat porridge 🥣 ( just leave enough amount of buckwheat for 30-50 minutes and pour boiled water onto bowl with buckwheat) as much as you want.
Cons:
Monotonous diet gets annoyed and you try to fill your stomach with some sweats or salted food because you can’t add any spices to your diet.
So far, I’ve lost about 2 lbs in 2 days which is very pleasantly to realize.
118.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
