Hit my 10 stone target almost a year ago now and please to have kept very close to it literally one pound more this morning 10 stone 1 pound. So from this week I am going to stop recording and weighing food and also recording calories used. I will just record my weight once per week and see how it goes. I think I almost know what I am eating and burning now cals wise without having to record everything. If i start to gain considerably then I will resume weighing and recording my intake and movements.
