I only gained 1/2 lb over the Memorial Day weekend! My room-mate keeps bringing in cookies and cake, but I only had 2 bites of my red velvet cake and have not touched it since.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
