started my weight-loss journey in May 2018 I started with high protein no carbs low-sugar low-fat Keto I made sure everything I ate had High protein and low carbs... I went a year without alcohol soda chips or candy pizza fast food ... I only stuck to keto diet very high protein ... the protein that helped me take in my protein with Premier protein shakes I start my morning with a protein shake I get the Carmel when I mix it what instant coffee and ice cubes... after I did Keto for more than eight months then I started eating seafood and vegetables no meat only on special occasions I would eat meat 2018 and 2020 I still have my protein shake every morning and do my best to stick to the seafood diet Keto... but now if I want chips or alcohol or a piece of cake I would have that but not go overboard... with my job that I have for about 2 years very active walking all day so that is where I get my exercise walking at my job ... if you have any more questions just ask
( I've been using the ( Cali Girl brand ) tea on and off for years since I was 15 ) it really cleans out my insides and makes me drop pounds especially when I feel full I take tea to flush the food out of my stomach ) this works for me may not work for you you may not agree with me but it has been working for me
