I was getting ready for my friend's Zoom dance party last night that she invited me to. What a blast! Along with my walk and my dancing for an hour I got 10,000+ steps. Whoo hoo!!!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
