@Thanks! My Goal is actually a bit lower, but I have set to 54 first. Now I want to maintain 54 max for a month. Then I can reassess! Thanks for the support!

Hi, sure you can follow me if you like, but if you are not so much in the whole ”following thing” I am 1,54 m and 52-53 kg are weights I am rather happy with.
