I have no idea! Up three pounds since yesterday! Depressing!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your sodium intake at about 6000 yesterday is AMAZINGLY high. You could be seeing water retention weight as a result. Also, on Sat & Sun you had 200 to 340 carbs a day...your weight will fluctuate a bit still, it's only been a couple of days since you've been back on low carb. I also noticed you're eating next to no vegetables... Have patience, maybe adjust a few things, and you'll be on track and losing in no time!
