Measurement Monday
No change in waist, thighs or hips this week. I saw a .25 increase in each bicep and a small loss in my bust.

Tracking Tuesday
I was right on track this week with a daily average of 1256 calories! I was still able to fit in treats and snacks to satisfy cravings and stay within my calorie budget.

Weigh In Wednesday
A new low today! I weighed in at 153.2 on 5/20 compared to 151.6 on 5/27. I was excited to see the scale catching up with my efforts. I just have to continue to trust the process. Calories in versus calories out is all it boils down to.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wonderful progress! It is great you are measuring consistently! Keeping your calories in check while still keeping some in the bank for goodies is the greatest... It makes for sustainable changes! And great weight in! Congratulations! 😁
