today I didn't exercise at all. I hope to contain my weight for tomorrow. I feel that I will be more than today since I felt hungry all day, I do not know why.
I ate junk food all day
136.2 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
