The weight is going back up. I'm hearing people referring to it as the COVID 15. Whatever it is I am not liking it. Plus I think this heat is having me retain water in my ankles. Where I live everything is still closed so it's not like I can go for a walk by the lake. Just taking it one day at a time.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
