沒重訓只靠步走一萬步也瘦不下來到理想體重,嗯明天來加跑步🏃‍♀️一段好了。
142.4 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

走路沒瘦主要是心跳沒上來到燃脂區間 跑步會喘的運動效果的確比較明顯
