done well this last week AND lost 2lbs think the jumps jacks are making a difference I've never lost that much in one week also managed to do 10,000 steps a day on a number of occasions. :-) and 30 jump jacks twice again today
190.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
