My weight is up today. I need to check my sodium, I had salted nuts and a heavy workout. I'll see what tomorrow brings. Be well, everyone!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
