Happy with the weigh in! Haven't changed to much of what I'm eating, but the exercise is definitely helping! Hope to keep it up :) I don't think the weight from my night of binge eating and drinking has caught up to me yet. Hopefully I can keep that off of next weeks weigh in! :)
168.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
