I been sticking to my keto very high protein diet and power walking for 2 hrs a day and today i did power hiking for about hr today ... and drinking lots of water to feel full
124.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
